Scope and Site Services
Trident Facades was initially appointed to provide the scaffolding package for the 25m residential building at City Reach, Liverpool.
The works involved providing the required external access to support construction and façade activities on a challenging urban site.

Challenging Location:
The project was undertaken in a challenging location, requiring careful coordination of access and façade operations throughout the works.
External Access:
Scaffolding was provided to facilitate safe and effective access to the building elevations and support the wider construction programme.

The access requirements were coordinated with the building’s external façade and subsequent glazing installation works.
PHASE 2: GLAZING PACKAGE
Scope and Contracting Services
Following the main contractor being let down by its original glazing contractor, Trident Facades was subsequently appointed to take on the glazing package.
The works included:
- Glazing installation to the residential building
- Coordination of glazing works with the existing construction programme
- Integration of the glazing package with the access and scaffolding arrangements
- Management and delivery of the glazing works within the challenging site environment
- Completion of the glazing package to the required project standard
Project Outcome
Taking on the glazing package at short notice presented an additional challenge to an already complex project. Trident Facades successfully delivered the works, resulting in a high-quality completed façade and a strong finished appearance to the development.
