If you have identified a façade problem, need further investigation or are planning a remediation project, speak to our team.

We can help you understand the next steps, whether you are at the initial investigation stage or already have survey findings, assessments or remediation requirements.

We can assist with façade surveys and investigations, including assessing existing façade construction, condition and defects, with intrusive opening-up where required.

We also plan and deliver façade remediation works, including the repair, removal and replacement of defective systems, and can develop appropriate remediation strategies and technical solutions based on survey findings.

Our experience covers cladding, EWI, render, brickwork, curtain walling and wider external wall systems, as well as the investigation and remediation of façade-related fire safety issues, including combustible materials, cavity barriers, fire stopping and other external wall components.
