We first establish what’s behind the render — solid masonry or an EWI build-up — then assess the cause and extent of the defect, including whether the issue is limited to the surface finish or extends to the substrate, insulation or fixings.
Based on the findings, we determine whether the appropriate response is localised patch repair, re-rendering of specific elevations or panels, or a wider remediation strategy.
Repairs are specified to match the existing system where possible, addressing colour, texture, movement joint detailing and compatibility with the substrate.
Repair works are then carried out, including making good affected areas, reinstating joints and interfaces, and restoring the render finish.
