A remediation contractor takes a completed design and delivers it on the building — access, removal, installation, fire stopping and reinstatement — while managing the practical realities of working on an occupied, often high-rise, building. It’s a distinct skill set from new-build cladding installation.
Specialist façade experience. Remediation is our core business. We’re not treating a re-clad as an unusual job bolted onto general contracting.
Remediation-specific expertise. From ACM strip-out to curtain wall fire stopping, our teams work on defective and non-compliant façades as standard, not as an occasional project.
Project management from one point of contact. A single team carries the project from appointment to completion, coordinating access, materials, inspections and resident liaison.
Access and logistics handled properly. Scaffolding, mast climbers and MEWPs are planned around the building and its residents, not the other way round.
Cladding removal and replacement done as one continuous process. We don’t hand off between strip-out and installation teams — the same project team sees it through.
Fire safety measures built into every stage. Cavity barriers and compartmentation are checked and signed off as work progresses, not assumed to be correct at the end.
Installation quality assurance. Every fixing, junction and fire-stopped compartment line is inspected and recorded.
Reinstatement that finishes the job properly. Balconies, external areas and finishes are made good, not left as a visible construction scar.
We’re appointed directly by building owners, freeholders and managing agents, and we also work as principal contractor or specialist subcontractor alongside main contractors, façade engineers and fire consultants on larger schemes.
